Like a month without eating right or being active causes 8 pounds to come right back! Where did you go motivation and control?!! WHERE!!!!????????? :( I am feeling ready to start again, but can I do it?! I hate working SO HARD and then giving up SO easy and competely blowing it as I do EVERY TIME!!! UGHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!! I feel like if I had something to look forward to? A reason for a goal? But I don't.

I am doing well. DIdn't do the weigh in last friday, but I weighed the same. So I'll just weigh in friday. feeling good though and in control at the moment. :)

Feelin' good! Doing fine! Motivation is back! Love it! Getting my daily exercise and denying my every foody desire! Well mostly! Sacrifice is making me look nice! LOL!
