No much movement this week but I guess it's better than a big jump. It was my hubby's birthday on Wednesday so we went out to eat and I didn't eat the healthiest. Oh well, I'll get it going again this week.

Wow, I was not expecting this loss. I'm happy and I'll take it. I'm .4 behind in my 15 in 15 challenge but I can make that up. I just have to stop eating at night after dinner. That's my biggest downfall. I've got this.

Well, I didn't go down much but it's down so I'll take it. I thought I did a good job this weekend but I guess I could have did better. Oh well, I still trying and that's the main thing!
