Wow this is what happens when you eat 4000 calories in one day ..yikes 😳 but starting again today ..when I go out for dinner it's like an excuse to pig out I've got to stop that !!

I'm thinking I need to lower my calories 1500 a day and stay there ..my problem is snacking on those planters mixed nuts vitality mix and omega there high in calories 🤔I ate 4 ounces yesterday I need to hide them and just eat 2 ounces a day .. 👍
