I wasn’t as hungry this time. Got a flu shot and am a little sore and inflamed this morning. I think maybe one 42 hour fast a week is enough surrounded by OMAD. I want to get into a sustainable rhythm for now. Interestingly I had a bible cyst on my ankle and it’s gone. I’ve had it for at least 6 years. Maybe there’s something to this autophagy stuff!😜

Just finished a 43 hour fast, yahoo. Ate a whole avocado, felt really decadent. Plan on salmon and spinach for dinner. Quick and easy.

Did OMAD yesterday. Felt great was still hungry and had a ramikin of pork rinds. It was all in an hour window so I going with OMAD. 😜. Going to do OMAD Sunday too.
