Ughhhh. I feel like my holiday weekend undid my whole week. Still down, so I guess that's a plus... Judging by how sore my whole body was this week, and the fact that by the end I had no desire to exercise, I think I'll tone it down a little bit. Right now my main goal was to exercise hard for an hour everyday, but this week I'm going to switch it up by exercising for two hours each day (less intensive) and see how that goes. Before I was doing a boot camp video and running(okay, jogging ;) ), and after that I didn't want to do anything. I'm going to try today with an hour bike ride/walk in the morning and the same in an evening. It doesn't make much sense to bust ass one day and then do nothing for three, nor is that the life change I'm going for. Sticking to all of my other goals this week too. Keep with those until I don't even have to think about them. Staying open to trial and error_ one little pound at a time. :)

Good morning FS, I'm so happy it's Friday! I have running to do with the little man all day, and then Hubs is taking the twins to Cub scouts after school/work. Then some garage cleaning followed by a few beers! First of all I'm going to get in my boot camp video! Feeling guilty about straying from my plan. To combat he beer cals and carbs tonight I'm planning on eating a light lunch and dinner. I'm feeling good about the day, and happy my weigh in doesn't reflect my lack of exercise yesterday!

Okay, I guess I actually owe 2 journal entries, so I'll Start with yesterday. My wii Weigh in was up .9, probably reflecting the fact that I didn't drink enough water the day before. I went for my bike ride in the morning, but failed to do any other exercise, even though it was my day to do the boot camp video again.
I thought I had a bad night with the way I ate, but after tracking dinner (and a chocolate chip binge) I still ended up negative for the day, so that's a plus. :) I'm trying really hard not to beat myself up for mistakes. This is supposed to be a forever change, and I didn't gain all of these bad habits overnight. It's been a lifetime of bad habits. I know I can do this, just got to get back on track with the workouts.
