A friend of ours gave us a bagful of walnuts in the shells. Difficult to open even with a nut cracker but great! I had one last night (took me time and muscles to crack that puppy open).

Can hardly wait to have another one today. HAHAHAHA yes. It really is that difficult (FOR OLD PPL OKAY?)

hubby made tator tots last night

wow

love em/hate em.

anywho this was AFTER my meals for the day.

Will show up more tomorrow, no doubt. PFFT.

Had eggs for BF and felt totally sick, had to take medicine which knocked me out. Exercise didn't happen.

I had 6 pairs of jeans none of which fit. Now I have 1 pair of jeans that fit... YAY but now I have to buy clothes.

Lost more in inches. Gaining in strength and endurance.

Hi-protein
Low-fat
High fiber

My cravings satisfied and I love my protein fruit/protein powder/1% milk for dessert (sometimes that is my dinner since two meals are filling).

Praise the good Lord for provisions to follow this closely and for helping me feel less like isolating and more like heading into the crowds that used to look at me with judgment.
