Light dinner, skipped lunch, baked some fish and chicken thighs for the next few nights. And off to pick up some salad greens for the next few days. I'll try and eat some steel cut oats and yogurt for desert when I get back because this won't sustain me for the night.

Getting back to my earlier December weight of 146 pounds, one pound to go so I can breathe easy again. Hopefully I'll be back to my pre-new braces and chocolate Christmas weight. If I get down to 140 lbs, it's be amazing, but I'm content with anything between 140 and 145 lbs. No rush now as I'm back on track and seeing it gently head down. I went out of town and ate a Big Mac meal, and a huge Tim's muffin as I was on the train for lunch and dinner and had to make do with train station fast food. I so rarely eat out, so it doesn't bother me.

I'm not budging with my weight. I reigned in my seasonal chocolate feasts a few weeks ago. My lowest weight since then said 149 lbs., but I've been actually weighing up to 152 pounds which I think is more accurate. No big deal, but why is it bugging me?? I would have laughed if anyone said this to me, but I'm feeling tunnel vision about it all. Maybe it's time to not weigh myself for a month and continue eating healthy as I am. Bad weekend weather has affected my ability to move around this past month, I think this is why i'm seeing no improvement and why I'm at a plateau. I can sympathize with folks who become obsessed with the scale, though. It's time to step back for a bit.

Measurements: under boob 33", skinny part of waist 33", belly button waist 37", hips 39". About the same as October 24th, 2019. My hips bones go high, so my skinny part of waist is almost in the "empire" waist. I neglected the gym this week, and blamed it on the weather. But really, it's so close to home I could have walked there, so no excuses, just laziness. I will try to do better this week. ** Edited to add that I went to the gym.
