Today I made the keto Caesar dressing that I made before but didn’t have all the right ingredients. So I finally found the anchovy paste, at Walmart FYI. I also had to buy a lemon squeezer. So today I made it and it was very good BUT I could’ve gone lighter on the Dijon. Calls for 1-1/2 tsp and next time I will forego the other 1/2 tsp. It made enough that I didn’t use it all. I actually took a pic of the inside of my fridge which is, I hope, full of all good stuff.
It’s gorgeous here today. Have to go spray weeds.

I’m not completely discouraged but I’m hopelessly stuck and not dropping at all. I’m walking everyday tho not that far some days. I’m pretty much skipping breakfast the past two weeks since my hours are diff with the kiddo in spring break. Not sure what I’m doing wrong. I’m adhering to keto as much as I possibly can. I don’t understand.
I’m hellbent on making my own Caesar dressing but still couldn’t find anchovy paste. But a person at the store showed me to the anchovies and suggested I could smash ‘em into a paste. Now I’ve got everything except fresh lemon 🍋 which I’ll get tomorrow. It’s a keto recipe.
Hours have been crazy the past two weeks. I’ll be happy to go back to my regular schedule.

I’ve been walking every morning with the kiddo I care for. We get a bit further each day. He’s really overweight but he loves to eat. I’ve never seen fighting over food before in my life. A sister is always saying he can’t eat this or that and finally I told her, he’ll eat what *I* get for him. So she won’t say anything to me about it. It’s just odd to me that people actually fight over food.
Anyway I’ve been getting in some good walks and it makes me feel kind of accomplished I guess. Have a great evening everyone.
