Neing stressed and trying to lose weight never help. So I find myself having to remotivate and start over. I need to get my head in it. HELP

Now that I have started work exercise comes easily but the eating habits are bad. I have started fasting tuesdays and thursdays and I have seen that I started eating a little less healthy. I have to check myself because I have only lost 1 pound and I don't feel like what I am doing ain't working. I need help and I need to get in shape. And remotivate myself

Tomorrow I go back to work after takin a good amount of time off. I feel a little overwhelm because I need to stay on schedule with everything. The upsides I will still get my needed amount of exercise because it is a 10 minute walk every day and thats my morning workout and I have looked up exercises done in the office so I can get that done after lunch and then their is thw walk home. Dinner I always walk or jog after dinner. But I will switch it up and do stair climbing after dinner and maybe bicycling. Any tips for sticking within the guidelines of the fatsmash diet.

It has been a minute since I last used my journal. I am going from stay at home mom to back in the office mom. I managed myself very well. The day before the holiday I wrote out a contract for myself to lose weight so every month the 1st nine days I go back to phase one. After phase 1 completion I will begin my third week of phase two or which ever phase the beginning of the month runs in two. I also chose two days out of the week which is tuesdays and thursdays as my fruits & veggie only day.
All in all I really hope I get to my ideal weight because I am so tried of my family putting my weight in evry conversation. I am very comfortable with me and am vry pleased to lose the weight for me. I have learned that with my self confidence I am losing weight and feel healthy as ever.

Its late in the afternoon and I feel so washed out from allergies and sinus problems. My first thing is I want to thank the Website and community for such great motivation and giving me that extra push from just reading others stories and how their day or week is going on the fat smash diet. Tomorrow will be my first doctors appointment since losing some weight. I have been trying to think of a way to get my mother and her friend to start this diet instead of gastric bypass. With the way things are today there is a television show about people having gastric bypass surgery done and not thinking about the after life of working out and eating healthy. I'm in no way against the surgery but if your not extremely overweight I feel that is quick fixing. Last week it was an article in the Cleveland Plain dealer of my old doctor. When I was under her care she had been overweight and 4 years later she has competed in body fitness competition at over 50 yrs old. That gave me the largest piece of motivation. I cut the article and posted it on my wall for inspiration because she did it the hard way the right way she saw what her body could do and now she has a body of a 25 yr old person.
