Intermittent Fasting 16/8. I skipped supper last night. Weighed 171.8 this morning in spite of eating dessert Sunday at lunch.
Breakfast: keto coffee, boiled egg, mayo. Lunch: deli ham, salad, egg. Snacks, divided between midmorning and midafternoon: cheese stick, peanut butter fudge, rice cakes with peanut butter, and popcorn. Supper: Elevation protein chocolate shake.

It started sleeting before I got up this morning and kept it up until nearly mid afternoon. Inches of sleet covered the lawn and road so it looked like snow. I did not walk -- or go outside -- today but did arm exercises with weights.
It is supposed to be icy rain tomorrow so all schools are closed, as well as city offices. Expected to be Wednesday afternoon until it is above freezing.

Intermittent fasting 16/8. Skipped breakfast. Lunch: blackeyed peas. cabbage, cornbread, cheese stick, deli honey ham, banana. Snack: Hersheys kisses. Supper: Premier Protein Shake, Bagel Cashew Crunch, deli honey ham. BPcocoa. Keto peanut butter fudge. Have felt snacky all day. Finished evening off with bullet proof cocoa. Something hot to drink often quells the snack monster!

It was sunny but wind was cold, needed a coat, mittens and stocking cap when I walked. Was a short walk; sciatic trouble again. Walked 40 minutes, 2125 steps. I volunteered two hours at the library today. Was confronted by a bag full of Hershey kisses left on the service desk. I did not manage to ignore them. What a shame-- best intentions undermined at the library!
