Blew the diet today. It was the desserts again! "Nuff said. Back to egg fast tomorrow!
Did arm exercises, washed dishes, spent two hours cooking this morning. For some reason Fatsecret won't let me post my exercise today.

Too muddy to walk today, did arm exercises with weights instead. Cleaned house, washed dishes, cooked today.
Sunday is usually my downfall! Planning to eat keto tomorrow!

Temps above freezing at last, nearly all the ice has melted and puddled in every low spot. Nice to be mobile again, at least maybe it will be dry enough and warm enough to walk tomorrow. Exercise: arms with weights.
Breakfast: Low carb Cinnamon coconut flax mug cake, with blueberries. Lunch: Premier Protein shake, cheese, and keto peanut butter fudge. Snack: Omega-3 trail mix, peanut butter, 1/2 chocolate cookie. Supper: vegetable hamburger stirfry with coconut oil.
Macros 17/65/18; 1724 calories; -445 net kcals.

Still icy out, expecting freezing rain overnight. Schools still all closed and city offices still closed! This may be the night more people lose electricity. We are fortunate to have wood stove and also propane heat. I am still not stepping outside the house, but doing arm exercises with weights.
I managed to keep carbs down today. Breakfast was mocha coffee with cheese onion omelet. Lunch was leftover chicken vegetable soup, with cheese, leftover tuna salad and rest of the bacon ranch salad, Supper was Elevation Protein shake. I rewarded myself with keto peanut butter fudge and cheese stick.
Macros: 20/52/28; 1493 calories; -559 net kcals. Weight stayed the same as yesterday.
