I didn't add as many calories as I thought or all the steps took care of it. I'm still trying to push extra calories but it's so hard to do.

I'm going to have to add calories or stop walking 30,000 steps a day. it's hard to change both. I always worry I've gained before stepping on scale.

I thought for sure I would of gained. Went to grandson's bday party last Sat and caved on a hot dog and a cupcake. Doesn't seem like much but it was out of my comfort zone 😆

Gained only .2 but it's really hard. I know I need to gain but just .2 makes me depressed. To be honest if I had weighed 79 it would of made me happy but I know I can't keep losing and jeopardize my health. To lose is a struggle that I've dealt with all my life and never thought I would be at a point where I would be struggling with gaining.
