Obviously, these numbers are not normal, but we’ll see where they are in a day or two. I walked something like 6-7 miles between buildings and in the airport yesterday. Now, it’s time to try and catch up on everything that didn’t get taken care of the past couple of days without running myself into the ground. Did you know that you can sit so long that you can’t move quickly when you try and stand up? Did that three days in a row. Torture.

It seems there will be more travel in my future. Big ugh there. I did that before, it wasn’t for me, but new leadership, new mandates until the next change in leadership. The good stuff was connecting with friends, old and new. One woman, I have worked with for over twenty years. We met in person for the first time. Trying a new travel thing where i wash my hands and face as soon as i get off the plane. Fingers crossed. So far, so good.

Anyways, a quick airplane window collage will be coming because FS isn’t letting me right now and I don’t have time to play with it. I just can’t understand why people shut the window and never look out at the world. It’s always different and interesting to me.

4:30AM weight, but blob down, muscle up so all good. Hit 10K steps today in the airport and walking to find some food. I will not be going without a car next time, ridiculous. Brought a semi-dressy jumpsuit for tomorrow since we are working then going out.

Overall a good day. Early start but easy flight and boyfriend surprised me by driving over to where I’m staying so we got to spend a few hours together before he had to head back. He looks great, i look tired. Figures. But going to bed now so I look a little bit better in the morning. No scale tomorrow or Wednesday. Should be interesting. At least I’m from California so they expect me to be weird.

Cashew chicken for dinner along with some cookie thing I guessed at. No real food on the plane and the retaurant at the hotel was closed tonight, so I did what i could. It’ll be fine.
