I have been so good on my intermittent fasting. Been 6 weeks and today I am going to eat a hugh meal for dinner. It’s been a very stressful day. So I am eating a steak and baked potatoe for dinner and also the yummy bread from Texas Roadhouse. I think it’s good to cheat once in a while.

I have not weighed since I started fasting 4 weeks ago. I was around 145 when I started and I haven’t weighed myself yet. Waiting til the end of September to see how much I have actually lost so I know I have lost at least 5 pounds or
More. Today I changed my weight to read 140. Praying I actually weigh less. My goal is 126 because I am only 5’3.5” tall Good luck to everyone
