not quite sure if this is correct i have not lost 4kg this week. the scale was playing up a little and now has a new battery so think that todays weight is more realistic (at least i hope so :))

so this morning i get on the scale for my next weigh in hoping for a least a little loss and to my horror the scale starts flashing and gives a notification of Lo! i'm assuming the battery is nearly out but i did have to have a little chuckle to myself maybe the scale is being nice for once and letting me know it its own way that perhaps i'm a little lighter today :D

so after 8 months of doing nothing due to a back injury i feel and look awful.
Now that surgery is complete and i can start getting back into some exercise i am determine not to slip again!!!!!
