last week i felt i did realy well i think maybe i didn't do enough calories i'm not sure. Did some really good workouts.

Started 9/9 weighed in at 191.2 down 2 pounds as of 9/16 counting calories doing exercise. If I can be at a deficit of 3,500 calories per week it definitely worked for this past week. I was at 7,700 deficit and I still was able to eat ice cream and pasta. I was hungry at times so I still have to tweak some things and get some other ideas for snacks and mainly lunch is my issue.

The past year has been difficult ot say the least with losing mom taking care of her house Darrin moving in and the kids. I have let my workout go and the diet. I wish I was one of those people who didn't stress eat. Me and the boys are going to start this together. Aim is to lose 30 pounds. Let the games begin.

It has been hard these past few months I'm more stressed than I realized and on top of it handling mom's house and our house right now and things with the kids I guess it's impacting me losing weight. On top of that my stomach issues have been horrible consistently up until last week so I have a new workout plan I'm trying to do 4 classes a week and I'm going to do these other things at home. I'm wishing myself luck fingers crossed. :)
