Ugh didn’t lose weight this week nor gain anything... but it was a stress week so I did stuff my face and could barely go to the bathroom. Now I know what not to do.

It’s official. I’m out of my 200s. After 5 years. Still gotta keep on going!! 74 more lbs to go!!!

And this week I ate 1500 calories per day instead of 1200. It was an experimentation week. Excited to know if I cheat even a little one week... as long as I’m under my RDI I can lose weight!!!

Made my own version of tom yum soup.. so happy it came out excellent. the only ingredient i was missing was kefir lime leaves and galangal.. but I added carrot with the ginger.. and I added lime juice. :)
