One day down for intermittent fasting. 2 days back to back of exercise. 1 day of eating fairly clean and NO booze. I would really like to make this a habit and be down at least 20lbs by my birthday in January. I can do this!!!!

OK...here I am again... up even more weight. Ugh. I am going to try fasting. I did my first day starting last night at 535pm until 935. Most days I am going to aim for 14 hours but I wasn't hungry this morning so I went for a couple more hours. I ate really good, with the exception of dinner. it was home made sloppy Joe's. it was delicious but I didn't need 2. I need to really work on my portions. I would love to be down 20-30lbs by my 45th birthday in January. Fingers crossed.

Rough day today. My eating wasn't great but not the worst either. I need to get my exercise in...tomorrow is another day

This is a good start. A side from one day this week, I made better food choices and got off my butt. Fingers crossed I can make this a habit! Happy Friday!

Not great day exercise or food wise. Woke up feeling blah and that carried through my day resulting in 2 glasses of wine and lots of carbs. Didn't bother to make the time for a workout. That probably would have solved my mood. Tomorrow is another day to start with a better mindset.
