Starting over AGAIN. Feb 13 2023. My daughter turned 21 yesterday and I ate the most delicious vanilla cheese cake from Red Lobster last night. Snacking on popcorn shrimp during the superbowl. I woke up around 3am and noticed I had a handful of peanut m&m's I had to eat and decided my diet officially started at 8am this morning. The first day is always the hardest in my opinion. I'm secretly freaking out because I am having separation anxiety from all the foods I think I can't enjoy anymore. This will get easier.

I just started again. What a big mistake taking the month of December 2022 off of my diet because I couldn't get back on it at all in January 2023 which is why I am officially starting again on February 1st!
Going over my previous year (historical data) - It looks like I am in the same range this month (this year) as I was this month (last year) so I feel like I am right on track.
What is helping this time is... my 2 coworkers started WW for the next 6 months so they are always talking about points, portions, etc... so I feel motivated too. My Dr. said sticking with a low-carb diabetes diet is the way I should go (again) and we laughed because I am an all-or-nothing girl (extreme).
Here's to the next 365 days... *CHEERS*

I lost 10 lbs this week =) Great start. Non-scale victories include: Replacing my Fitbit charger and wearing my Fitbit daily. I found my Husband's stash of peanut M & M's in his truck this weekend and ate two of them. I felt guilty but then my husband reminded me I did not eat the whole bag this time. Going to AA meetings and joined a morning meditation group.
