What is your favorite keto breakfast? I’m pseudo keto - keeping it under 100 grams because if I go too strict, I’ll binge, binge, binge. I plan on weaning myself lower as my body acclimates so that I can emotionally adjust. When I start the day with a keto breakfast, I find it is easier to maintain control for the rest of the day.

Last Saturday, my dog hurt himself and we were in the doggo emergency room for almost 4 hours. He’s ok, but I went home and ate half a bag of Cheetos. No, not the single serve bags ... a party size. But I tracked it and didn’t beat myself up for it. Was back on track for the rest of the week. My loss was small, but it was still a loss. The old me would have said, “Week’s blown, let’s get pizza today and The Habit tomorrow, and KFC sounds good for Wednesday!”
Changing eating behaviors after being a life-long stress and comfort eater is emotionally really hard. Baby steps.
