This has been a tough week. My mother was close to going into a diabetic coma last Thursday so ambulance was called and we've been at hospital ever since. Fortunately, I've been able to pack lunches to stay on track.....for the most part anyway. I'm certainly happy to see a weigh drop this week. I'm ready for some CALMER times! Have a good week FS buddies.

Paying the price for enjoying the rum yesterday! I was having a down arrow prior to that! Oh well......no regrets! Have a great week everyone.

Hello buddies. I've been on the road today after receiving word last night of my uncle that passed away. Even though I've been trying to make good food choices, I just haven't had good choices like when I'm home. I'm taking care of elderly parents on the road, so my main concerns is to take care of them. I should be back home late Friday night so I should be back on the straight and narrow soon. Have a great week buddies.
