I was New Years and than Ukrainian Christmas so I didn't follow to closely to what I should be doing but at least I didn't gain! Went swimming today and Zumba class tomorrow!

I NEVER have cravings for sugar and now all of a sudden this week from Christmas I have. How do I decrease this??? This is where my extra calories are coming from. Grrrrrr!! Must fix!

OK, I'm writing this down so I hold myself accountable today. I am going to eat 1600 calories today, exercise with my new Christmas gift, Zumba for Wii and drink more water than I usually do...so one bottle :( Hey, it's a start.
