I haven't been doing much "journaling" throughout this God-awful illness I had. Note, I said, HAD!! Today I FINALLY walked again--coughed myself to death at the end--but did it!!! And actually pushed myself farther than I usually go! I can't even explain what it was like for me to see my loss at the scales this week-I am newly motivated. More than I even was at the start. I am going to give myself one more week and a visit with my primary doc to keep myself at my current RDI and then I am lowering it! I seriously can't wait to see the results coming from the new blood-work at the end of June...I know that's strange....but ALL of this SWIMMING has GOT to pay off ten-fold!!! :) Just keep swimming, folks, it makes ya' happy!!!

Well, I have been sick for 8 days. I suppose it took a toll mostly on my eating with regard to not eating nearly enough. However, that resulted in a 5 pound weight loss. sO, here I am aagain, ready to kick this up a notch. JUST KEEP SWIMMING!!!

Ate more today...feeling better. Still taking medications and cough not completely gone. This really kicked my butt. I can't wait to start walking again!!!

Well, I have bronchitis. Haven't really felt like eating much even though I know I'm supposed to be. Saw the doc today and got meds so I am hoping to be on the mend tomorrow at the latest. I feel so lost...haven't had my walk cuz it's really hard to breathe right now.
