Been away for sometime but I'm still into a consistent heavy work-out routine. Still doing 4-1/2 hours each week after work (Monday, Wednesday, Friday). This week Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday.
I'm not losing the pounds but I am losing the fat. My clothes fit better than ever and I am finally losing some of that internal fat around my middle. It has been the hardest fat to lose. It took years to build it up and will take years to burn off.
Today I start tracking calories again to see where my caloric balance is at.

Started tracking calories again. It's a lot of work and it seems like an inexact science loaded with many errors since I've usually consumed less calories than I burned and yet losing weight wasn't the result.
Apparently the air I breath adds on the calories to maintain my weight.
I'll try again just to keep a record of what I'm eating. The Holidays are coming and I need to curb the urge to eat the goodies.

Holding pretty good. Doctor was concerned about my sudden weight loss but I'll see where it goes before I get concerned.
My appetite has been down but I'm starting to feel hungry again and I need to learn to be hungry without grabbing something loaded with carbs.

My appetite is down. Not exactly sure why but I'll take advantage of the situation and drop a few more pounds.
About three weeks ago I was feeling super. I wanted to take on a combat sport for extra exercise and training. My body and mind were both top notch then things started to slip. I wasn't feeling sick but my digestive system started slowing and I felt like I was just loading up. I kept my work out routine but it was difficult.
I'm just slowly starting to get back up to speed. Tonight I hit the gym medium speed but totally on track. Saturday and Tuesday at the gym were OK but I had to really push myself through the routine. I'll see how tonight goes.
