Hi! I am 30 yrs old & trying to lose my "baby" fat! My daughter is 20 months, so I can't really call it my baby fat anymore :-), but I definitely am ready to get rid of it.
I am 5'4" so my weight of 180 is not the healthiest. I am starting the SBD to lose 40lbs and to adapt healthy eating habits.
