I would like the thanks Fat Secret to help me gain control of my weight. In January 2018, I began using Fat Secret to track my nutrition. In the beginning, I tried to stay away from my favorite food like fast food, candy, soda, ice cream, and the list goes on and on. To add to my success I began walking a few days a week, and it seems like the more weight I lost, the further I was able to exercise, walk turned into jogs, then run, 1 mile to 3 miles. Now I've lost a total of 46 pounds and I don't even track the foods I eat anymore. I have control over the amount of food I eat an limit my self to a few sweets from time to time. Fast food is almost no existent in my diet.

Since the purchase of my apple watch, I have been able to track my activity and calories burned. This has been a great motivator along with calorie counting on the Fat Secret App. Since the beginning of 2018, my goal was to lose 15lbs to 235 lbs. I have surpassed my goal, and now pursuing the
target weight of 215lbs.
