I'm 31 and a licensed day care provider. Working at home has helped me gain many unwanted pounds! I have two children 22 months and 8 months. My biggest issues are eating healthy and sticking with it and finding the energy too workout after a long day. I recently started going to the gym 4-6x a week and have been loving it! My goal is to lose 60 lbs in a year. Wish me luck :)
