It is time to update my bio again! I have been within my WW range for a year now! Hard to believe. However, I never pushed myself to lose that last 12 pounds and reach my personal goal...so as of January first I've been back at it. I went up a bit with the holidays and got back up to 158. Now I'm on track and on a mission to get to 139 by my birthday, April 16th.

I have been following P90X for muscle tone and training for a half marathon on March 21st. I achieved my goal of getting certified to teach at my healthclub and have been a proud instructor of Les Mills BodyCombat for 10 months now! I have been leading a WW meeting as well since June of 2009 and am shooting for my final goal and learning to comfortably maintain it. Good luck to everyone! Stick with it....weightloss takes some will power but it is mostly WANT POWER!! I love the saying..."Winners never quit and quitters never win!"
