I am a 27 year old who's been struggling with my weight since I hit puberty. I have gone from 185lbs to 118lbs and back up to 130lbs because of horrible dieting and starvation. All my muscles had depleted when I lost the 67lbs in that year. So, in an attempt to bring back my muscles, I started muscle training in June 2015, but didn't realize my diet had to change. I had gone up to 164lbs before I knew it. Now, I'm on a high protein low carb diet and lost 14lbs. Here's hoping I do it right this time.
On a personal note, I'm a graduate from the University of Toronto with two degrees in Linguistics. My goal is to become fit and healthy for personal and professional reasons.
