22 years old. Female. 165cm, or 5'4" tall. Slight hypothyroidism, but no medication. Overall actually quite healthy, at least according to my doctor. Overweight since puberty, but recently gained a lot of extra weight. My goal is to get in a shape better than I ever was. I follow a simple 1200 cal diet. No fancy low-carb or anything.
