Basically used this diet for 2 years to remove 80 lbs. My body is happier on plan- this list of foods. http://www.cukierski.net/pages/wendys-wellness-warriors Usual breakfast- broccoli and cauli or cabbage stir frys with pork cutlet or patty- or leftover protein... bacon fat or butter... spices- salt pepper garlic and onion powder, cumin... rinse repeat for lunch or dinner. I have had to not rely on eggs so much because I thought my nursing son was allergic or sensitive to them. Also lower on cream or dairy as I thought that was a sensitivity and it can stall weight loss.
