Hello everybody! Welcome to 2009! My goal for the year is complete health transformation. I just quit smoking on Jan. 5th and am working on getting healthy all over! I am 33 and a mother of a 13 year old. I am married to a wonderful and supportive husband... who is a chef! I will be posting recipes for all to enjoy as we go along.

WOW- fastforward to 2016- 40 years old, mother of 20 and 5 year old. Quit smoking again on 1/4 and working towards losing this weight and being healthy in my own standards. Interesting to see this after so many years!
