I've done this many times before, and am fearful that I won't stick with it long enough to reach goal. I will try my very best. I will try not to beat myself up, or use "mistakes" as an excuse to go all-out. On the other hand, I've never shared with others my exact weight, nor my fears re: being able to stick with it over the long haul. Hopefully, I'll get the support and encouragement that I need here at this sight.
