Okay...So...I have high cholesterol, extreme insulin resistance, lupus, sjogrens (pronounced showgrins) syndrome, and reactive airway disease, and some lesser autoimmune stuff. I am also the proud momma of two amazing pre-teen (pre-tween) boys, and I'm married. I love the outdoors, sleeping, reading, and action comedies. What else is there!? Oooh, last...I know this is controversial, but I HATE avocado. Can't help it, it's just not my thing.
