I've sort of succeeded at weight watchers and have lost 22 pounds since March 2009. Since my blood/urine tests are all within good ranges, my doctor wants me to concentrate on my weight. He recommended Jorge Cruise Belly Fat Cure. The book is a good read, but it doesn't seem to lend itself to a real lifestyle. I found this site while searching for sugar/carb 15/6 suggested in the book. It looks interesting so I thought what the heck let's try it.
