I am 47 years old. I am a Wife, Mother of 2 and Grandmother of 2. I stopped smoking this year after 35+ years of smoking. I have some extra pounds on I would like to get off. A friend suggested this program so I am going to try it. I know from my history it is because I don't burn it fats enough. So I am starting with Curves program and going to try to walk 2 miles nightly.
