Good morning everyone - So I noticed that my start weight was incorrect - I had adjusted everything when I started on this page to be accurate as to reflect my journey. Mostly for my use to know where I started. So I went in today and put the dates and weights back in. Had a great night in the gym ran well and had a personal best on the bench so I am pretty happy. Had a great dinner and went to bed early. My lesson learned for the day is that I carry about 1 lb. of waste in my guts. I was trying to figure out my weight ups and downs and when I weigh in. I know - "great topic and kind of gross". but it helps explain how my system is working and processing food. I rode the motorcycle into work today and it was beautiful...I am looking forward to the ride home this afternoon when it is a tad warmer. I did wake up at 2 am - like wide awake, for no reason so I am going to compensate with caffeine. I hope everyone has a great day on their adventure.
