Today I jog walked the trail 3.45 miles in shorts first time in many years epic!! It was a hot day 84° so I was grateful not that I looked good but passable enough to go out in public and they fit!!😋 Had an old pair that I had not thrown out

Well aren't you the rockstar!!!! Good for you, I'm envious because I still can't really get out and walk because of my back. Though I do have to admit that the past few days my back pain has been better. Still taking the meds but it just doesn't seem to hurt as much. I also haven't done much though, been laying around.

Make sure you have ypur water and cap! Take a rest if you need to during that 3 mile walk. Use Runkeeper app. I use it to keep track of my quick walks with gps.
