My day went pretty darn well today. I started off my day with loads of energy, the kind I am striving to have more of in my life. I have to laugh at how my head tries to justify things such as popcorn that is caramel coated. I almost put it in the can eat foods list. I had to be honest with myself and admit it is a sugar food in which I am in the 3rd day of giving up for a strong 40 week period. (sigh) This new lifestyle stuff is challenging.

Couple of days ago, with a movie, I had the first bag of popcorn I'd had in, oh, I don't know, years maybe. It was highly overrated. Just telling you this so you won't feel deprived. :)
