Hard boiled eggs are a great food! And the toast you eat, depending on fiber and protein content for the carb hit could be as well! Plus I love flavored green tea, even though I’m not supposed to have the caffeine. ☹️ But the sugar in the lowfat yogurt may be part of what is doing your efforts in. As well as the sugar in the Cheerios. Are you measuring your portions on the cereal? Because the portion they give on the side is about 1/3 of what I used to eat, or less! LOL And same with the McDonald’s oatmeal. The oatmeal’s okay; the portion size is what? LOL The more you track the better you know. I’m on a phone app, so I apologize if you already are doing all this. I can’t see it from the iPhone. Just remember to get some greens into your eating too! There’s a teason everybody pushes veggies on a diet! LOL 🙋🏻
