There have been some tough times for me because of parties, parties, and more parties, which means...food, food, and more food...YIKES!!!

82.6 kg Lost so far: 7.7 kg. Still to go: 21.3 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 1.2 kg a Week
