Even with all of the holiday festivities (food, fun,drink and more food)I was still able to loose a few pounds! I am proud that I not only kept track of my points, but I also was able to have some "special treats" along with healthy eating, by making wise choices.

I have been working hard on my weight loss program these past few days. With all of the holiday and work stress, I excercised a lot more (to get rid of the tension) instead of reaching for food. I also made drinking lots of water a major priority.

I have just started exercising as part of my weight loss program. I am drinking at least 6-8 (8oz) glasses of water per day and I write down in my personal journal everything I eat. I am also learning how to read labels to understand the difference between saturated fats, transfats, and unsaturated fats. I also try to eat high fiber foods (foods with 3 or more grams of fiber per serving). I am also feeling more energy and better about myself. Weight Watchers is the only plan I found that shows you how to lose weight the healthy way and keep it off.
