Spent the day at an archery competition and managed to get in 5k steps with that and the gazelle as per my 3PLUS lite band/app :). Pacer shows 2914 steps, 0 minutes and 0 calories burned :/. I believe I’ll be deleting hat app because it doesn’t sync with health app correctly, FS at all and now isn’t recording correctly even when in my back pocket half the day and my hand the other half.

I took snacks and they didn’t have lunch today so we ate out at 4pm. 900+ cal :/. BUT I ate a meal I love and the salad and veggies I threw in to be healthier took up over 300 of that. Ranch and cheese didn’t help but it’s my first meal out in probably 2 weeks.

Oops. Highly recommend the 3PLUS line of activity trackers. I counted out my steps and it was fairly accurate. No way to tell it about 2k of my steps were up and down hills but that’s ok :). Plus it tracked my sleep! All 2 hrs and 25 minutes of it lol. I hope after a week of ‘normal’ sleep I’ll be able to know when I should go to bed to have my light sleep at a time I want to get up so I can get up easier and not be cranky.
