Did pretty well during big lunch with kids and mother yesterday. A little pre planning made sticking to my eating plan pretty easy with out feeling deprived. I did discover that onions (yummy grilled/sauteed onions in this case) seem to be another thing that make me feel blah and are to be avoided going forward. Just more knowledge thus more power to be directed into change.

More preplanning now as I kick start brain cells with some coffee. I have an 8 hour round trip today driving daughter back out to her college campus so laying out what to take for meals behind the wheel.

Pre-planning IS key! I always try to look at the menu before hand (while I’m feeling not tempted) to decide what I want and need to eat so I don’t have to look it over when I get there while I’m smelling food and see what I’m missing LOL :P
