Took a couple weeks off from the gym following Memorial Day. Now I've just finished my first week of training for my Half Dome hike in August. Feels good to be back!

I've purchased hiking boots but still haven't tried them yet. I probably should invest in a pair of trekking poles given my balance issues. Need to find some local trails so break everything in... 9 weeks to go!
