My mood is somewhat blah and I am dissatisfied. I think my mood has more to do with the damn cold sore that appeared on my lip this morning and is a constant feeling of yuck! 1500 cal day, oh well. I need to really plan this night. Since it is 6:30 i think the best thing to do would be to finish my granny smith apple, drink lots of water, maybe some hot tea, hot bath and go to bed.
