Light days are good for you too. I switch sometimes to lower weights and do single sets with reps to 40 to 50. Get a nice burn towards the end

The columns are sets, reps, and weight. Some of the machines only have numbers, so I am not sure what that means if #4 is equal to 40lbs or what not.

Gotcha. Nice numbers. Do you have a pull down? Also, I was wondering if since you already have a leg press, you've ever thought about changing your compound squat/shoulder to just a shoulder press? Anyway, it's look good! Keep going!

I know it, but personal trainer was trying to get some compound movements in.. The leg press she wanted to do calves, but while I was there had me do legs too. My longer routine hits the same muscle from different angles too. Usually it's biceps(pully and free weights), triceps (pully and free weighs over the head and kick backs), ab crunch, lat pull down, seated row, butterfly, chest press, lateral raise, shoulder press, leg extensions, leg curls, leg press... This added leg abduction. She has said I can switch these around any way I want too. I have been doing full body since I go 3 days a week for about an hour to an hour and a half, so I have a day between to recover.
