Well, today I really get serious. I went to the grocery yesterday and got healthier food and snacks. I also purchased a pilates DVD. I`ll mix it in with the treadmill for a change of pace. It`s so hard to lose weight now. I`m 48 and going through the change. Those hormone fluctuations make me have cravings, and I`m more moody and emotional than usual. I`d really rather go walk the dogs outside but I`m not fond of the cold. I`ll be glad when spring gets here!

I find losing at 48 is difficult also - it just doesn't happen like it used to when we were 20. But the healthier food and snacks and exercise are the way to go. Look forward to your progress.
