Found a good diet tip in Womens Day this month. Take a small diet entree of your choice and add more veggies to it to feel fuller. I tried it and it works! I added cooked cauliflower and broccoli to a Smart Ones dinner.

Well, today I really get serious. I went to the grocery yesterday and got healthier food and snacks. I also purchased a pilates DVD. I`ll mix it in with the treadmill for a change of pace. It`s so hard to lose weight now. I`m 48 and going through the change. Those hormone fluctuations make me have cravings, and I`m more moody and emotional than usual. I`d really rather go walk the dogs outside but I`m not fond of the cold. I`ll be glad when spring gets here!
