I did a week long free trial at a women’s gym with daycare. I really liked weight lifting or they call the class power. It makes me feel strong. Like I can do anything. I do love how my body is changing for the better.

If it makes you feel strong and that you can do anything then it certainly is the perfect exercise for you. Looking good too so it's worth it!
